Serena Williams and husband seemingly set to carry out big plans but they will be doing so separately given their opposite aspirations.
The Reddit founder and Serena Williams’ husband has crafted a sneaky plan to improve their daughter’s wealth without her knowing, but what do they plan to do and how will the parents do it?
Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of Reddit, has earned a cool net worth of $100m from the social media website to combine with Williams’ $300m earned through her record-breaking tennis career so they’re set up for life.
But they’re trying to teach their children humility, especially Olympia as the six-year-old remains in the dark about just how rich her parents’ bank accounts look and he pleaded with fans to keep it that way.
“She doesn’t know so don’t tell her please,” Ohanian asked fans listening to the Overtime podcast about the shares she owns in two sports teams. “She has no idea.
“In 2019, I set aside a few hundred grand into a trust fund for her and any other future kids Serena, and I have.
“Adira, good news you’re also splitting it now with Olympia.”

The youngster already owns shares in the Angel City FC soccer team and is a part-owner of the Los Angeles Golf Club with her younger sister, Adira River Ohanian, as her parents seek to help her set up her own life.
Though at the youthful age of six, that’s a long time away and Williams and her husband are keen to keep that under wraps for now as a potential surprise to the children later in their lives when they understand it all a bit more.
“I really feel my number one responsibility to conduct my business life, my home life in a way that girls are proud,” Ohanian added, assessing his priorities to his kids, whom he previously said changed everything about his life.
