Breaking: Queen Camilla sparks concern as she’s spotted with…See More
The King and Queen were all smiles as they arrived at Saint Peter Port to attend the special sitting of the States of Deliberation, at Guernsey Parliament but the Queen’s bandaged ankle quickly sparked concern.
It is understood that the bandage on her right foot is supporting her after an ankle sprain on Monday.
Despite the injury, Camilla appeared to be in high spirits and was pictured smiling as she took her seat at parliament but the bandage on her foot was clearly visible.
The beaming Queen appeared to walk fine alongside her husband and used an umbrella for support during the several walkabouts with the public.
All the engagements have been carried out as planned.
Royal fans were quick to spot the Queen’s bandage and went on social media to send their well wishes.
One user wrote on X: “Oh no! wishing Her Majesty a speedy recovery.”
A second one commented: “@RoyalFamily aww bless you dearest Your Majesty xx we love you. Pray that you feel real better soon. You’ve shown so much dedication to service all these months. We are so proud of you and so inspired xx”
A third one added: “Please tell her that I hope she feels better soon. With her bad back, this could set her up for some extra pain. She doesn’t deserve that.”
