Taylor Swift is back in her Chiefs era. And by that we mean she showed up to her first game of the season on Thursday night (September 5) to watch Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs play the Baltimore Ravens during the NFL Kickoff Game.

Taylor arrived at Arrowhead Stadium solo, wearing…wait for it…thigh high red boots and short-shorts. A MOMENT!

Taylor is currently in the midst of a full month off from the Eras Tour thanks to wrapping up the European leg a few weeks ago. She starts up again in the US and Canada next month, but for now she’s chilling in Kansas City with Travis—and catching up with friends!

In fact, the couple just spent a weekend in Rhode Island (reminder that Taylor owns a giant mansion there) with Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Brittany Mahomes, Patrick Mahomes, Jason Kelce, and Kylie Kelce.

“Taylor has been on tour and working nonstop and she loves the Rhode Island house and wanted to spend some time there while the weather is still good and she can enjoy it,” a source told Us Weekly of the trip. “It has felt wonderful to be grounded back home again.

It’s been grounding to see friends and family and spend quality time with everyone, chat and get downloaded on everyone’s worlds because she has been so busy and disconnected.”
