Kate Middleton is known for her quiet confidence, strong work ethic and dedication to her family and public duties.
But in her early days as a working royal, there was one habit which landed her in hot water with other members of the Royal Family.
As a boarder at Marlborough College, Kate will have had little choice but to adapt to unfamiliar environments and find common ground with her dorm mates.
Former pupils and staff described her as a ‘quiet girl’ with ‘little confidence’, but this quickly changed as she settled in.
Naturally kind hearted, she quickly gained a close circle of friends and was later hailed as ‘Person most likely to be loved by everybody’ in her yearbook.
